Dutch Postal Package Inquiry

2.After the delivery of the parcel, the customer can find the order list in Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. system, and open a single order to see the detailed operation record and tracking number.
Volume and weight limitation
1.Dutch Postal Bag Weight Limitation：
Dutch Postal Bag Limited Weight 2KG;
2.Dutch Postal Package Volume Limitation：
Non-cylindrical cargo: length + width + height≤90CM，Unilateral length≤60CM，length≥14CM，width≥9CM；
Cylindrical goods：Double Diameter + Length≤104CM，Unilateral length≤90CM ，Double Diameter + Length≥17CM，length≥10CM。
Restricted articles
All goods that cannot be mailed or restricted to be mailed according to international air clauses, such as dangerous goods such as goods, powders, liquids, inflammable and explosive goods, as well as tobacco, alcohol, cash and marketable securities, infringement products, etc.
Compensation related
1. The package is not confirmed to be lost online: the refund fee and registration fee, and the maximum compensation according to the declared value is not more than 200 RMB.
2. If the package is not delivered to Changpeng after 15 days, customers can apply to Changpeng for inquiry. Changpeng will give an exact reply within 20 working days.
3. 30 days after the package is online, if the recipient has not received the package, the customer can apply to Changpeng for inquiry, and the inquiry and reply period is 1 to 3 months. If Changpeng fails to give an exact reply after 3 months, the package may be lost by default. Customers may apply to Changpeng for compensation according to the declared value without refunding the freight. No more than RMB200 yuan per ticket.
4. Changpeng is not liable for compensation in the following cases: & nbsp;
- A. Damage and loss of parcels caused by force majeure factors such as earthquakes and wars.
- B. Damage and loss of parcels containing items prohibited from delivery, which Changpeng has explicitly informed.
-c. Unqualified customer packaging, package breakage caused by fragile and other items in the package, etc.
5. Claim validity period is 3 months after confirmation of loss or default loss of package. Claims beyond the validity period will not be accepted.
Customer order upload system requirements
1. The order must be set up in Changpeng International Freight Forwarder Co., Ltd. (input package information) and printed address label and customs declaration form on the package; [* This step is simple, please refer to here]
2. Try not to bring any other irrelevant marks, fragile goods are recommended to paste fragile goods labels;
3. Fill in order information correctly in English, including items. Names need to be as detailed as possible, do not use Gift, Sample and other words to declare;
4. Order information can be uploaded in batches using Excel, or through API to establish orders.
