Customs related
1. Tariffs generated in the destination country shall prevail (generally, tariffs generated by high declared value are higher, and punitive tariffs will also be higher if the declared value is too low as compared with the actual value).
Claim related
1. For a few, out-of-stock, damaged packages, such as the weight, quantity, number of inconsistent and damaged packages received by the recipient, please ask the recipient to receive feedback about the loss or damage of the package delivered to the destination TNT within 24 hours. And within 7 working days, the local registration number of the addressee will be provided to our company. After verification by TNT, the maximum compensation is free of freight. The declared value of the package shall not exceed 100 USD. Partial damage or loss shall be compensated as a percentage of the total amount lost, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed 100 USD.
2. Our company does not bear any responsibility for the loss of parcels, the loss of articles in parcels, or the seizure of parcels caused by customs spot checks.

Packaging requirements
Please note that the package should be intact and not fragile. In addition to the address label, try not to bring any other irrelevant labels on the outside of the package. For fragile goods, it is best to have the mark of fragile goods on the outer package. In the middle of the front of the package, the address label printed from the Changpeng International Freight Forwarder Co., Ltd. system should be affixed. Please properly pack your package to avoid damage in transportation.
