Claim related
1. Parcels are lost before they are on the internet: if they are not on the Internet within 5 working days after delivery to Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd., they can apply to Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. Customer Service for inspection. If no reply is given within 5 working days after inspection, the default is that the parcel is lost, and they can apply for compensation to Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. Compensation standard: Return freight, compensation according to declared value. The maximum (sum of freight and declared value) is not more than 1000 RMB.
2. Loss of packages after Internet access: 15 kg or less of packages, the maximum compensation is not more than 400 yuan. For 15-30 kilograms of postal parcels, the maximum compensation shall not exceed 1200 RMB. Regardless of the weight, the maximum amount of compensation shall not exceed the declared value of the package. (This compensation only applies to lost packages of Australian Express, which will not be available for damage to packages during transportation. In addition, this compensation only refers to the declared value of the goods delivered, and the freight will not be within the scope of compensation.) After the package is confirmed to be lost by Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd., the claim can be submitted within 30 days from the date of confirmation. When submitting a claim, the cost invoice of the items in the package should be submitted. The amount of the cost invoice should be close to the declared value of our system, and the specific English name should be provided. After the application of
Customer for investigation, Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. will compensate the Customer according to the standard of compensation in any case after 2 months.

Shipping instructions
