1.Remote surcharge:

If the goods are lost, broken or compensated in operation, we will take the declared value of the commercial invoice (or form invoice) provided by the sender with the goods as the reference basis of compensation value and compensate for the actual lost or damaged parts, but the maximum amount of compensation per invoice does not exceed 100 US dollars. 2、After the loss or damage, we will not recognize any value of goods provided by the consignor that is different from the declared value on the original accompanying commercial invoice (or form invoice).
3、Please report and issue a written claim letter to us within 10 days from the date of the incident, otherwise it will not be accepted. At the same time, we do not bear all the responsibilities and costs of international express due to flight delays or flight space problems.
Refund related
For the freight returned to Hong Kong, the Federal Bill of Hong Kong shall prevail. If the sender needs to return the package to Shenzhen, the freight returned from Hong Kong to Shenzhen needs additional charges. For the specific charges, please consult our customer service.
2. The following circumstances result in the return of the package to the sender by the Federation. The freight charges for the return of the package from the destination country to Hong Kong or Shenzhen will be borne by the sender.
