Settlement of claims:
If the goods are lost or damaged, the carrier's compensation per ticket (the same as below) shall be calculated at twice the freight charges for part of the goods lost or damaged. However, the maximum compensation shall not exceed USD100 yuan per ticket, and the express is damaged. The consignee shall complain to the destination service provider within 48 hours after signing and receiving the goods. The shipper shall lodge a claim with us within 30 days after the shipment is dispatched.

1. It is necessary to set up an order (input package information) in Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. and print invoices (3 sheets) and shipping documents (1 sheet) in the system and deliver them to us with the goods.
