Product advantage
1) Fast speed - China and Hong Kong use postal supervision trucks, low probability of cross-harbour inspection. After clearance, the goods can be transferred to the British Express Processing Center on the same day. After receiving the package, the British Express Processing Center does not need to deal with it twice and arranges delivery directly. The end-to-end logistics provider is the local post office.
2) Channel routes - CP packages are processed on the same day and handed over to a fixed daily China Post port vehicle. The air terminal chooses Cathay Pacific Airlines to ensure that every night there are flights to Britain. Because of the fixed contractual cooperation, the air space has been booked in advance during the peak season, so there is no need to worry about the problem of warehouse explosion.

Volume and weight limitation
No more than one ticket will be accepted if the package weighs less than 30 kilograms. The longest side should not exceed 120 cm, and the maximum volume of the package should be 0.17 cubic meters.
Volume weight calculation standard: (length * width * height) / 6000.

Customs related
This channel belongs to DDP tax-paying service. First, VAT is levied.
In order to ensure rapid customs clearance, this service only accepts tariff prepayment (DDP). VAT&DUTY will be exempted when the declared value is less than or equal to 15GBP, and VAT&DUTY will be generated when the declared value is greater than 15GBP. The VAT standard is 25% of the declared value. (For example, the declared value of the package is 30, and that of DUTY is 10%, or 3. Then VAT=(30+3)*25%=8.25GBP.)
Goods over 135 will not be accepted for the time being. Note: This declaration requirement does not apply to high-value products, such as mobile phones, tablets, etc.
(2) Tariff collection:
When the total declared value of parcels delivered to the same recipient is more than 135 GBP per day, besides VAT, tariffs may also be imposed. Whether or not tariffs are generated and the amount of tariffs generated depends on the goods sent and the relevant customs policies and regulations.
Claim related
(a) If no information is extracted, the maximum compensation shall not exceed 100 RMB according to the declared value, and the maximum compensation for the lost information shall not exceed 300 RMB according to the declared value.
Return-related Return Service for European Special Line
The package is returned to the UK office. There are three ways for customers to handle the return:

Cost:
1) The cost of discarded parts is 20 RMB/kg+5 RMB per piece. For reissue and return, please consult our customer service.
2) Change of Address: Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. provides address change service from the time of delivery to arrival in the UK. The fee standard is European special line freight plus 50RMB/ticket.
Prohibited Sending of Goods
1）Dangerous goods, chemicals, flammable and explosive substances, radioactive substances, perishable organic substances, and articles prohibited or restricted by postal legislation.
2）Drugs, narcotics and psychotropic substances.
3）Weapons, knives, daggers and other sharp or sharp objects
4）Living animals or parasites, and articles prohibited or restricted by postal legislation.
5）The inscription on the outside of the parcel contains contents that are contrary to good morality and public order.
6）Illegal import and export, circulation, distribution, use and all parcels
7）Because of its shape, nature and packaging methods, it may pose a threat to others or damage other Belgian postal or third-party affiliated parcels and equipment.
8）Parcels that violate laws or other special laws and regulations may cause damage to parcels.

Operational requirements
Orders upload: European special line orders, before delivery in Changpeng International Freight Forwarder Limited logistics system to establish orders, freight code for EUEXP2.
Shipping instructions
1. It is necessary to set up an order (input package information) in Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. and print invoices (3 sheets) and shipping documents (1 sheet) in the system and deliver them to us with the goods.
2.Use blank express bags or cartons to wrap the package. No other post office or express company character marks can be used for the outer package. It is required that the packing be good and firm and not easy to be damaged.
3. Fill in the order information correctly in English, in which the name of the item should be as detailed as possible, and do not declare in terms of Gift, Sample, etc.
4. Order information can be uploaded in batches using Excel or established through API.
