Customs related
About taxes and fees: In order to ensure rapid customs clearance, this service only accepts tariff prepayment (DDP).
VAT&DUTY will be exempted when the declared value is less than or equal to 15GBP, and VAT&DUTY will be generated when the declared value is greater than 15GBP. The VAT standard is 20% of the declared value. (For example, the declared value of the package is 30, and that of DUTY is 10%, or 3. Then VAT=(30+3)*25%=8.25GBP.)
Note: This declaration requirement does not apply to high-value products, such as mobile phones, tablets, etc.

Refund related
1.If the wrong address is received, the goods will be returned to our UK Operating Center. The refund fee is 60RMB per ticket. If customers need to change their address and redistribute, they need to re-charge the original delivery fee of German special line.
2.For return: 35 RMB/KG in Hong Kong and 60 RMB/KG in mainland China.
Delivery requirements

Sending instructions
1. The order must be set up in Changpeng International Freight Forwarder Co., Ltd. (inputting package information) and the German special line should be printed in the system and delivered to us with the goods;
