Claim related
1. Aramex is generally available online within two days of shipment to ensure the safety of customers. Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. collects freight charges for goods and operation bills, and loses the courier before online. Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. will compensate customers for their losses according to the declared value (the upper limit is $100), up to three times the freight charges. After Aramex package is online, it will be lost, short, damaged and delayed due to non-customer negligence during delivery. Changpeng International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. will assist customers to apply for compensation from ARAMEX Express Company. If the express is damaged or lost, ARAMEX will be compensated according to the declared value, up to $100. However, they are not liable for indirect losses and unrealized interests.
3. ARAMEX Express Company shall not be liable for compensation under the following circumstances:
1. Force Majeure.
2. If the goods sent violate the prohibition or restriction of posting, they shall be confiscated by the competent authorities or handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
3. The package delivered is well packaged, without any marks of dismantlement, and the recipient has signed and received the package in accordance with the prescribed procedures. After that, the recipient finds that the contents are short or damaged.
4. Loss or delay of packages due to customer's responsibility or the reason of the goods sent. < br /> 5. Customers have not inquired and made no claim for compensation from the date of delivery of the package to the expiration of the inquiry period.
6. International parcels are detained, confiscated or destroyed by the sending country in accordance with its domestic laws.

Refund related
If the package cannot be received normally due to the recipient's personal reasons, the local customs prohibits the import of the package or does not allow the discarded package in the local area, and when the package needs to be returned to the sender, the refund fee shall be calculated according to the price (no discount) of the local national consumption level. Shipping instructions
